For all of my life I was a hard worker – but my family and I still struggle very much. My wife is always sick and we are caring for my father. He is very old and he can no longer get out of the bed. We never have enough money for food but these ladies from Meals on Wheels help us very much - they are very rich in kindness.

The twilight years. A time that, in an ideal world, should be spent surrounded by loved ones. A time that should be filled with reminiscences, delicious lunches and easy afternoons. A time that – in many people’s lives – is the first they’ve had to put their feet up, after a lifetime of work, stress and trying, against all odds, to be the best they can be.
