For over 46 years the core focus of Meals on Wheels has been the delivery of hot, delicious and nutritious meals to the homes of our country’s senior citizens.

Many of our old friends do not have the money to buy food for a full month and go hungry between each pension collection, and many of them are too frail to cook for themselves.

Meals on Wheels volunteers will cook food in a central kitchen, pack it in special containers and then deliver the food to the pensioners.

We have 210 branches countrywide and currently deliver just over 23 million meals per annum.
